TO ENCOURAGE UNDERSTANDING, STUDY AND RESEARCH FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF KNOWLEDGE OF OWLS, TO PROMOTE AND ENHANCE THEIR WELFARE AND CONSERVATION TO ENCOURAGE TOLERANCE AND APPRECIATION OF AND RESPECT FOR ALL ANIMAL LIFE AND TO DO ALL SUCH THINGS AS ARE PROPERLY INCIDENTAL TO THE SAID OBJECTS
