B) THE SCIENTIFIC FIELD OF NEURO-AESTHETICS.C) THE LOCAL HISTORY OF THE CARDIFF BAY AREA BY ESTABLISHING AND MAINTAINING A DIGITAL HERITAGE ARCHIVE(3) TO ADVANCE PUBLIC APPRECIATION IN FINE ART, BY MAINTAINING, PRESERVING, AND EXHIBITING A COLLECTION OF HIGH-MERIT FINE ART AND TO MAINTAIN IT AS A RESOURCE FOR ARTISTIC AND EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT.(4) TO PRESERVE THE GRADE-II LISTED BUILDING SITUATED AT MOUNT STUART SQUARE, CARDIFF, AS AN ASSET OF HISTORICAL AND ARCHITECTURAL SIGNIFICANCE;
